outtak_es postcard collective was born out of a need to channel the creative longing of trying to get pregnant as a queer single woman into some other creative exercise that is connective and inspiring rather than an exhausting (and expensive) paradox of rage and hope.
Sharing art through the mail and getting people to write to one another again seemed like a fun way to do that!
Each solstice and equinox members will receive a 5x7 postcard with a curated image on one side printed on premium quality cardstock. You can mail it to a loved one or frame it to adorn your walls.
My hope is that you’ll write to someone and they’ll keep both your words and my images as art.
Right now we need beauty and thoughtful connection as much as we need a revolution.

Cards will be mailed March 21, June 21, September 22, and Dec 21 of 2026.
